Frequently asked questions
Farely is completely free to use—we don’t charge travelers any fees or commissions. Here's how it works:
Open the Farely website, enter your destination and travel dates, and we’ll search across airlines and booking platforms to show you available options.
Once you find the flight you want, just click “Book.” You’ll be redirected to the airline or booking partner’s site to complete your purchase directly with them.
After payment, the booking provider will email your flight confirmation and itinerary.
That’s it—you’re ready to go!
Farely doesn’t sell tickets, charge booking fees, or add hidden costs. We simply show you the exact prices offered by airlines and travel providers. Any booking changes, refunds, or questions about your ticket should be handled directly with the seller listed in your confirmation email.
Farely compares flights across a wide range of airlines and travel sites, giving you access to deals you might not find on your own. Some providers offer discounted fares, and because we connect with multiple partners, you get the benefit of choosing from a broader range of options, sometimes even for the same flight.
Flight prices change often based on demand, availability, promotions, and airline pricing systems. Farely keeps the information up to date by regularly syncing with airlines and booking sites. When you click to view or book a flight, we refresh the price to show you the most current offer available from the provider.
Once you’ve selected your flight and clicked through to book, you’ll complete the purchase directly on the travel provider’s website. After your payment is confirmed, they will send your booking confirmation and itinerary to your email. Since Farely doesn’t handle bookings or payments directly, we don’t have access to your travel documents. For any questions about your booking, it’s best to contact the provider listed in your confirmation email.
Farely doesn’t manage bookings or collect payments, we simply help you find and compare flight options. If you need to change or cancel a booking, please reach out to the travel provider you booked with. They’ll be able to guide you through the available options, including any fees or conditions that apply.
Farely doesn’t issue tickets or handle bookings. All purchases are made directly with airlines or travel partner. To check if your ticket is refundable, please refer to the confirmation email you received from the provider, or contact them directly. Refund policies vary depending on the airline or provider, so they’ll be able to give you the most accurate information.
