Farely does not issue tickets or process payments directly. When you select a service, you will be redirected to the provider’s platform to complete your booking under their terms and conditions.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation, change, and refund policies are determined by the respective providers. Farely does not control or guarantee any refund or cancellation outcome. For issues regarding cancellations or changes, please contact the provider directly using the information provided in your confirmation email.

Farely is not responsible for any losses, damages, delays, or disruptions related to services booked through third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of pricing, availability, schedules, or the quality of services provided by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or car rental companies. All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.

You agree to use Farely lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

- Attempt to interfere with our systems or security.

- Use automated tools (like bots or scrapers) to extract data.

- Misrepresent yourself or submit false bookings.

Farely reserves the right to block access or terminate services if misuse is detected.
